2. Climbing stairs during confinement is bad for your knees

During pregnancy, women will gain 20 to 30 pounds, which will increase the burden on their legs and knees. During the confinement period, the bones and muscles of the whole body are resting and recovering. Climbing stairs during this period can easily hurt the knees.

3. Climbing stairs during confinement is bad for your feet

In real life, many women after giving birth find that they cannot walk as well as before, and their heels hurt after walking for a long time. This is because you got out of bed too early during the confinement period and walked too much, which injured the tendons in the base of your feet. It is easier to hurt your feet when climbing stairs, so you should rest more during the confinement period.
