1. Mild bulging of the anterior and posterior vaginal walls does not cause any discomfort and is only found during examination. We can usually perform pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation training on our own, namely anal levator training, which is to hold your breath and contract the pelvic floor muscles, which is equivalent to stopping urination. Do rehabilitation training twice a day for ten to fifteen minutes each time. 2. For severe prolapse of the anterior and posterior vaginal walls, in addition to pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation training on your own, it is recommended to go to the hospital for rehabilitation treatment 42 days after delivery. Currently, many hospitals have pelvic floor rehabilitation equipment.
