How to treat a woman's kidney problems

Insufficient kidney essence. Kidney deficiency is a deficiency of kidney's essence, qi, yin and yang. Kidney essence and kidney yin are material, while kidney qi and kidney yang are functional.

Yang deficiency causes external cold. Patients with kidney yang deficiency often have cold limbs, pale complexion, and are always afraid of cold. They can eat some high-calorie foods, such as lamb, beef, etc. Yin deficiency leads to excessive fire. Most patients with kidney yin deficiency suffer from dryness and heat, sweating in the palms and soles of feet, and red complexion. They can stew white fungus, wolfberry, lotus seeds, etc.

The conditioning methods that you should pay attention to in daily life are: 1. Don’t stay up late often. 2. Avoid long-term mental stress and don’t work too hard. 3. Do not smoke or drink frequently, do not overeat, and do not eat spicy food often. 4. Don’t sit still for a long time. 5. Don’t have sex too frequently. 6. Do physical exercise regularly.

We must pay attention to nourishing the kidneys and preventing deficiency, but this attention must not mean we prescribe random medicines for ourselves and just take supplements. The most important thing is: take good care of your kidneys when they are not deficient, and receive symptomatic treatment if they are deficient.
