4. Combine work and rest

However, heavy physical labor and strenuous exercise should be avoided, as overwork can cause excessive congestion in the pelvis, causing excessive menstruation, prolonged menstruation, abdominal pain, and back pain. Also, ensure adequate sleep to maintain adequate energy.
