Morning sickness is a normal phenomenon. About one and a half months into pregnancy, the chorionic villi in the body cause a significant increase in the secretion of gonadal hormones, a significant decrease in gastric acid, and a decrease in the activity of digestive enzymes. This not only affects the normal digestive function of the gastrointestinal tract, but also causes pregnancy reactions such as dizziness, nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, and limb fatigue. In short, it is because of hormonal changes. However, it is complete nonsense to say that the more a child vomits, the better, or that it is easier to vomit when giving birth to a girl. I have seen women from the sports hospital get pregnant and they had no reaction at all during the entire pregnancy. My mother-in-law was the same. 1. Lemonade and soda crackers

Lemon strengthens the spleen and helps digestion, is beneficial for stabilizing pregnancy and is known as "good for mother and child". At that time, every night I would soak some honey lemon in cold water and cut it into a slice. Peeling the skin would avoid the bitterness. Once I drank it, the refreshing taste immediately relieved the feeling of nausea. It was amazing! But drinking lemon water makes me hungry easily, so I would prepare some soda crackers at night.

2. Cold dishes

When morning sickness is severe, I feel like a dog. I can smell the odor of the entire building. I completely dislike foods with strong odors, such as fishy seafood. The cold cuts were rather tasteless, but completely acceptable. When you are pregnant, you can eat more cold dishes and vegetable salads. It’s better to eat more vegetables.

3. Amomum villosum

Amomum villosum is produced in Fujian. Local people in Changtai have been eating it as a vegetable for a long time, and it is completely fine for pregnant women. It mainly acts on the stomach, kidneys and spleen of the human body and can promote qi circulation, season the body, harmonize the stomach and invigorate the spleen. Amomum villosum is often used in combination with Magnolia officinalis, Citrus aurantium, and Tangerine peel, and is suitable for treating symptoms such as chest and epigastric distension, abdominal distension, and loss of appetite. There are many ways to cook it, you can steam the ribs, cook porridge, boil fish, stew a hen, and some people just soak it in water to nourish the stomach. It tastes very refreshing, a bit like toothpaste, and can relieve morning sickness.

4. Vitamin B6

I have personally tested it and it is effective. Take one tablet when you feel like vomiting and you will feel better. I went to the pharmacy and bought it. The instructions on it said that it can relieve morning sickness, but you can't take too much, as it is said to cause addiction.
