What is the disease of frequent vulvar itching?

Repeated vulvar itching will have a significant impact on the patient's body. As a woman, you must take good care of the vagina in your daily life. Because if the vagina is damaged, it will be infected with bacteria and inflammation, causing the accessory organs to be affected. In daily life, you should not only pay attention to the physical experience, but also take timely medication for treatment.

Vulvar itching always recurs

Statistics show that vulvar itching ranks first among common diseases among women, with an incidence rate of nearly 80 percent, and the proportion among childbearing women is as high as over 60 percent. What is even more worrying is that the age of people suffering from vulvar pruritus is becoming younger and younger.

Causes of recurrent vulvar itching:

1. Improper treatment

Symptoms change as the disease progresses, gradually evolving from itching and pain at the beginning: white spots begin to form on the labia majora and minora, the skin becomes dry and cracked, or even worse, the labia become thickened and white, lose elasticity, shrink and ulcerate.

It is crucial to choose a scientific treatment in the early stages of the disease. Countless patients with severe vulvar itching have completely ulcerated and atrophied vulvas, which not only seriously affects their sexual life, but the disease even spreads to the urethra and causes difficulty in urination. The reason why they become like this is not because they did not receive timely treatment, but because they chose the wrong treatment or method: surgical resection has been proven to be a cruel treatment option with a very high recurrence rate. It is currently only used as a last treatment option when drug treatment is ineffective and facing the threat of cancer; more traditional treatments such as laser, freezing, electrocautery, long-term application of medicine have serious sequelae. Due to the abundant peripheral nerves distributed in the superficial layer of the vulvar skin, traditional treatments cause damage to the peripheral nerves and capillaries, resulting in real malnutrition of the vulvar skin and progressive neurological atrophy.

2. Incomplete treatment

The recurrence of vulvar pruritus after recovery also makes other patients miserable. The fundamental reason for the recurrence is the hasty, speculative or immature treatment. In the final analysis, the treatment plan only touches the external symptoms, but not the pathogenic factor, the tissue-specific protein hormone, the inhibitory hormone, in the lesion area. Even the lesion of the basal layer spinous cell mutation, which can only be seen by pathological examination, is not touched. The recurrence rate was as high as over 90% at one time.

The above is an analysis of the causes of recurrent vulvar itching, especially a solution to completely eradicate long-term, recurrent conditions. Therefore, everyone must understand it as early as possible. The earlier the discovery, the more beneficial it is for cure.
