How to use female condoms

How to use female condoms

There are certain differences between female condoms and male condoms. Female condoms are to be placed inside the vagina. You must take contraceptive measures before having sexual intercourse, otherwise something bad will happen. If there are no male condoms, women must wash their hands before putting on condoms and put on condoms in the correct way, otherwise it will not work as a contraceptive. Next, I will teach you how to use female condoms.

male

1. Before each sexual intercourse, a new rubber condom must be used and must be put on before sexual intercourse begins and after erection.

2. Carefully tear open the individually sealed packaging bag and avoid using sharp tools such as scissors. Pinch the front end of the condom with your fingers, squeeze out the air, and then put it on the erect penis. Leave space at the front of the condom.

3. Make sure the condom covers the entire penis. If necessary, water-based lubricants should be used. Oil-based lubricants (such as glycerin and white vaseline) can cause condoms to break.

4. After ejaculation, while the penis is still erect, hold the edge of the condom tightly and pull out the penis. Never keep condoms in your wallet or near heat sources for a long time.

female

1. First choose the most comfortable position, you can lie down, or sit with your legs apart. The built-in elastic inner ring should be at one end of the sheath opening.

2. Use your thumb, index finger and middle finger to squeeze the lower half of the inner ring. This will allow you to grasp and narrow the inner ring and insert it smoothly into your body. Squeeze the inner ring as far as possible into the vagina. A small part of the outer ring and sheath will still be exposed outside the vagina. This is normal and there is no need to worry.

3. After sexual intercourse, to avoid semen backflow, please remove the condom before getting up. To remove, pinch and twist the split ring while slowly pulling the condom out.

4. Just like male condoms, female condom packaging or other tissues should be thrown into the trash can instead of into the toilet to avoid causing blockage.
