9. Before undergoing in vitro fertilization surgery, female patients must temporarily stop taking contraceptives and drugs containing estrogen according to the doctor's instructions. During the treatment cycle, the date of sexual intercourse should also be adjusted according to the situation.

10. Men should eat more foods containing zinc, such as seafood. You can also go to the pharmacy to buy zinc supplements and take them for 2-3 months.

1. Be sure to avoid alcohol intake, that is, do not drink any beverages containing alcohol, and do not take medicines such as painkillers.

2. Avoid coffee and tea, because these things will affect the efficacy of the medicine before and after taking it.

3. You cannot lose weight or gain too much weight before doing the IVF procedure, as your body will be busy dealing with the change in weight and will not have time to welcome your little life.
