Anechoic area in the right ovary

Anechoic area in the right ovary

Some doctors or anatomists are not unfamiliar with the structure of female reproductive organs, and we also know in life that the human body has left and right ovaries. The ovaries and uterus play a very important role in our life and reproduction. Therefore, we must pay attention to the health of our ovaries, so as to ensure our family happiness and our physical health. So, let’s take a look at what happens when there is no echo in the right ovary.

Ovarian cyst is a common disease among women. The patients with ovarian cyst are mainly concentrated in women, mostly married women. After 25 years old and before 50 years old, the chance of women suffering from this disease will greatly increase. When encountering this situation, for example, the absence of echo in the right ovary is a type of warm ovarian cyst. Here we will introduce what to do if there is no echo in the right ovary.

What should I do if my right ovary is echoless?

Because the ovaries are located in the pelvic cavity, tumors are often asymptomatic in the early stages and are therefore difficult to detect early. When malignant tumors are discovered, they are often already in the late stages, so the cure rate is low.

1) Treatment principles

1. If the ovarian tumor is found to be growing rapidly, it is an indication for surgery.

2. Sudden paroxysmal colic in the lower abdomen, and gynecological examination or B-ultrasound indicating ovarian tumor torsion, should also undergo timely surgery or conservative treatment.

3. If a malignant ovarian tumor is found, surgery should be performed first, followed by a combination of Chinese and Western medicine treatment.

4. Patients are weaker during chemotherapy and are more susceptible to colds or bacterial infections, so Chinese medicine treatment is essential.

2) Treatment methods

1. Surgical treatment: During surgery, the abdominal incision should be large and the movements should be gentle so that the tumor can be completely removed.

2. Chemotherapy: In addition to surgery, chemotherapy drugs can be used as an auxiliary treatment for malignant ovarian tumors.

3. Radiotherapy: Radiotherapy is often used as an adjuvant treatment after surgery or as a last-ditch treatment for patients in the advanced stage. It is more suitable for patients with residual tumors less than 2 cm in diameter.

There are different treatments available for right ovarian anechoiasis, including medication, surgery, and chemotherapy. Different treatment methods are adopted for different diseases and different degrees of development. You must first determine your own condition and then adopt scientific and reasonable treatment methods.
