The structure of the human body is very magical, which is why there is a specialized science to study the human body. The human body needs to be cared for. If we do not pay attention to health preservation and eat and drink too much all day long, our heart, liver, spleen and stomach will definitely not be able to bear it. Getting sick is inevitable, and we can quickly cure minor illnesses through treatment. Although farting may be embarrassing, it is also a physiological need. Then why do people fart?In life, there are always some moments that are difficult to talk about, just like some women will subtly find that there is gas coming out of their vagina, just like "farting", which is particularly obvious during sex, which is not only embarrassing for themselves, but also confuses their lovers. So, what is going on? Is there any good solution? During the process of childbirth, the vagina will expand excessively and become loose, or even lose its elasticity. When the vaginal walls cannot fit tightly, a cavity will form, leading to "vaginal flatulence", which is what we call vaginal "farting". It usually includes two phenomena: one is the feeling of involuntary discharge of gas from the vagina; the other is that during sexual intercourse, as the penis pumps, a sound is emitted from the vagina, as if air is being discharged. Causes of vaginal blowing The reproductive organ is a hollow organ. For example, the cystic duct, uterus, vagina, etc. are naturally filled with gas. When the reproductive organs move, the gas also produces corresponding passive movement, and sometimes is discharged from the body through the vagina, vibrating the labia majora and minora, and the sound produced is vaginal flatulence. Having sex too frequently can also lead to this phenomenon. Frequent sexual intercourse causes the vaginal muscles to become fatigued due to frequent contractions, resulting in relaxation. When the penis moves, the vagina makes a sound, as if air is being expelled from it. Some patients with vaginitis have "vaginal flatulence" caused by the production of gases by infected microorganisms during reproduction. When the body position changes or the negative pressure increases, these gases will be discharged from the body, resulting in "vaginal flatulence". Generally, the gas discharged in this case is weak. How to solve this problem? If it is caused by childbirth, it can be corrected by exercising the contraction force of the vaginal muscles. Focus on anal and vaginal muscle contraction exercises. The specific method is: lift the anus and contract the vagina while inhaling, pause for about two or three seconds, then exhale, and relax while exhaling. You can exercise twice a day, about 20 minutes each time. If it is caused by too frequent sexual intercourse, in addition to reducing the number of sexual intercourse, I believe it will be corrected quickly by exercising the contraction force of the vaginal muscles. If it is caused by vaginal inflammation, it is recommended to go to a regular hospital for inflammation treatment first, and then cooperate with the vaginal muscle contraction training mentioned above for correction. Pay attention to the way you inhale and exhale when exercising, and stick to it. |
