The patient felt varying degrees of chest pain and had a moderate temperature rise.

On the other hand, breast examination may show swelling, redness (hematoma) and tenderness on the surface, but the symptoms usually disappear after the milk is sucked out, so it is generally not considered to be true breast hyperplasia.

However, if it is not handled properly at this time, or the nipple is small and is broken by the newborn baby's strong sucking, the retained milk can be contaminated by purulent bacteria. If it is purulent breast hyperplasia, the skin of the part will be red, swollen, hot and painful, with obvious lumps and more tenderness. In addition, the patient may experience chills, high fever, headache, fatigue, rapid pulse and other systemic weakness.
