I took loratadine during early pregnancy.

Many pregnant women realize their pregnancy late and may become sick and take some medicine during this period. Some drugs cannot be taken by pregnant women because they may affect the embryo and pose a greater risk to the baby. Loratadine, a drug for treating allergic rhinitis, is one of them. The precautions clearly marked on the drug instructions state that it should be used with caution by pregnant women. If you take loratadine, you must go to a regular hospital for prenatal check-ups on time to rule out maldeveloped embryos.

Loratadine tablets are over-the-counter drugs used in otolaryngology and dermatology. It is indicated for the relief of symptoms associated with allergic rhinitis, such as sneezing, runny nose, itchy nose, nasal congestion, and itchy and burning eyes. After oral administration of the medication, nasal and eye symptoms and signs were rapidly relieved. It is also suitable for relieving the symptoms and signs of chronic urticaria, itchy skin diseases and other allergic skin diseases.
