If squeezed slightly, a small amount of serous exudate may be produced, which contains a large number of Treponema pallidum and is an important source of infection. This type of damage is called chancre. The treatment of syphilis is mainly controlled treatment with penicillin, and daily care is provided in conjunction with drug treatment.
