1. Oral administration of ethoxyethyl ester is suitable for one or two days after delivery, before the start of lactation. Take 3-5 mg each time, 3 times a day, for 5 consecutive days.

2. Take vitamin B6 after starting breastfeeding and before weaning. Under the guidance of a doctor, you can take vitamin B6 to relieve breast engorgement and hardening of the breasts, 200 mg each time, 3 times a day, for 3 consecutive days.

3. Taking roasted malt water is suitable for the early postpartum period and before weaning. You can use 50-100 grams of roasted malt, add water to boil and take it, 1 dose per day for 3 consecutive days.

What is the correct way to wean?

You can first reduce one meal of milk for your baby every day and increase the amount of complementary food accordingly; after a week, if the mother feels that her breasts are not too swollen and the baby's digestion and absorption are good, you can reduce another meal of milk, while increasing the amount of complementary food, and gradually transition to weaning. When you first reduce the amount of milk, your baby will be very attached to your milk, so it is best to start with the milk you feed during the day.
