Women often feel a little pain in the uterus during menstruation. In fact, this situation is called dysmenorrhea. Although dysmenorrhea is the main symptom of uterine pain, there are many other reasons that can cause uterine pain. Fish oil is believed to stimulate the body to secrete good prostaglandins, which will not cause pain. Massage onto soft areas of the body three times a day. You can also apply and massage on your cheeks, neck, inner thighs, inner arms, and chest. Natural progesterone helps to offset the effects of excess estrogen in the body. That is, 1-2 weeks before your period. You can start applying lotion before ovulation and continue until the end of your menstrual cycle.
