What is the reason for some pain and itching down there during menstruation?

1. Vaginitis

Abnormal leucorrhea after menstruation is mostly caused by vaginal inflammation. For example, if the amount of vaginal discharge increases, the color becomes yellow, the discharge becomes tofu-like or foamy, and there is an odor to the discharge, then you may be suffering from vaginitis. 3. Cervicitis

Abnormal leucorrhea after menstruation is over may be caused by cervicitis. The most common symptom of cervicitis is contact bleeding, which usually occurs after sexual intercourse. If bleeding often occurs after sexual intercourse, then the possibility of cervicitis is very high.

4. Ovulation bleeding

If there is abnormal leucorrhea after the menstrual period, such as blood in the leucorrhea, or brown leucorrhea, it is most likely caused by ovulation bleeding. This is a normal physiological phenomenon and there is no need to worry. It will generally return to normal after two or three days.

From the above introduction, we can understand that there are many reasons for abnormal leucorrhea after menstruation, such as vaginitis, excessive cleaning, cervicitis, ovulation bleeding, etc. may all lead to abnormal leucorrhea.
