Used sanitary napkins

Used sanitary napkins

Girls' menstrual period is usually very short, about a week, and is accompanied by varying degrees of pain, as well as some special symptoms before menstruation, such as abdominal pain, etc. When menstruating, we usually use sanitary napkins to absorb blood. Because the blood flow is relatively large, sanitary napkins can prevent blood from staining clothes, so girls generally use sanitary napkins.

Sanitary napkins are absorbent materials. Their main materials are cotton, non-woven fabrics, pulp or polymers and polymer composite paper formed by the above materials. The side design is mainly used to prevent side leakage. Because it will be at a certain angle to the sanitary napkin body when used, it is more likely to rub against the groin. Therefore, sanitary napkins with soft side materials are more popular among women.

Sanitary napkins are divided into three layers: the surface layer, the absorbent core, and the bottom layer. The adhesive backing of sanitary napkins is made of waterproof material, which can retain menstrual blood in the sanitary napkin and is used to absorb the menstrual blood flowing out of the vagina during menstruation.

Discarded sanitary napkins cannot be recycled, so when discarding sanitary napkins, be sure to throw them into a non-recyclable trash can.

Keep a trash can for sanitary napkins at home. Don't throw sanitary napkins into the toilet hole, because it will flush into the sewer and cause blockage, resulting in unnecessary trouble.

When you have finished using a sanitary napkin and are ready to change it, you need to roll it up and wrap it in plastic paper so that it will not open and the trash can where the sanitary napkin is placed will remain clean.

If you are in the countryside, you can choose to burn the used sanitary napkins yourself to avoid being dragged around by dogs.

Sanitary napkins used in one day must be thrown away or incinerated on the same day, because if they are left in the toilet for a long time, this will lead to an increase in bacteria. Therefore, they should be thrown away once a day, and do not wait a week to do so.
