When is the girl's voice changing period?

Children go through many changes as they grow up, and parents may feel unfamiliar and overwhelmed by these changes. For example, during the voice change period, if a child develops hoarseness or other similar symptoms, parents need to pay more attention. If the voice is not well taken care of during this period, it will leave sequelae that will have a negative impact on the child's future life. Boys and girls also have different performances. Do you know when a girl's voice changes?

The duration of the voice change period varies from person to person. Generally speaking, boys enter the voice change period at around 13-15 years old, and the whole process is about 6 months to 2 years. Girls' voice change occurs slightly earlier than boys, and the voice change period often coincides with the beginning of menstruation. Girls enter the voice change period around the age of 11-13.

The length of the voice change period is based on the changes in speaking voice, which generally takes 3-6 months and no longer than one year. If we take singing as an example, since singing has a wide range and a high volume, the burden on the vocal cords is also greater. Therefore, the voice change period for singing takes one and a half years to two years, or even three years to complete.

In the early stage of voice change, the vocal cords are slightly congested, with no other special manifestations. It usually takes 1-3 months.

In the middle stage of voice change, in addition to congestion, there are also changes in vocal function, which usually lasts for 3-12 months.

The later stage of voice change is the consolidation period of chest voice development. This period lasts for a long time, ranging from 3 to 12 months. Often the speaking voice has completely turned into an adult voice, but the unstable singing voice occurs from time to time.

In terms of diet, do not eat fried or hot foods, and try not to drink cold drinks below 6°C, especially after exercise, do not drink cold drinks immediately!

At this age, people enter puberty and begin to change their voices. The human voice changes constantly with age. Especially for boys, the voice changes are most obvious during puberty, which usually occurs at the age of 12 to 13. This is a common age. However, the duration of puberty varies from person to person. During the voice change period, boys have narrow vocal range, pronunciation fatigue, hoarseness, etc. Hello, during the voice change period, the rapidly developing vocal cords will have mild inflammatory edema. If there is adverse external stimulation, it is easy to cause permanent damage to the vocal cords, which will affect the voice in adulthood. Therefore, male and female adolescents should pay attention to protecting their throats during the voice change period. That is, pay attention to singing and reading hygiene, do not shout loudly or sing for a long time, "tighten your throat", do not eat sour, spicy and irritating foods; do not smoke or drink; drink more boiled water, light tea or soak (decoction) chrysanthemum and ophiopogon water, and water with fat sea water.
