You can control your diet to around 600 calories a day in the week just after menstruation, which will have a more obvious weight loss effect.

Whether it is before, during or after menstruation, a weight change of 1 to 2 kilograms is actually a very normal phenomenon. As long as you eat normally, exercise appropriately, and maintain physical and mental health, it is beneficial to your body and mind.

Women's menstrual cycle also affects their weight. Women often find that some days they lose weight faster and other days they gain weight.
