Put papaya into a pot, add 1000mL of water to boil, pour the fried fish back into the pot, simmer for 1 hour, add salt to taste, and it is ready to drink.

Heat up a pan with oil, add ginger slices and fry the grass carp tail. Put it into the pot and boil it with 8 bowls of water. Then scoop up two bowls of boiling water and pour it into the pot. Cook it with the fried fish tail for a while. Then pour the fish tail and the soup back into the pot. Simmer for 1 hour over low heat. Add salt to taste and it is ready to drink.
