For most female friends, dysmenorrhea is a common phenomenon, some of which are primary dysmenorrhea and some are secondary dysmenorrhea. From a clinical perspective, primary dysmenorrhea is caused by spasmodic contractions of the uterine muscles, uterine malformations, mental stress, endometrial tubular shedding, uterine curvature, cervical stenosis, physical weakness and other causes. In this case, symptomatic treatment is necessary, otherwise it will be difficult to stay away from dysmenorrhea. One of the reasons: spasmodic contraction of uterine muscles. Primary dysmenorrhea occurs when a woman's uterus undergoes spasmodic contractions. This is related to stenosis of the cervical canal or internal cervical os, excessive retroversion and flexion of the uterus, etc. When menstrual blood in the uterus cannot flow out of the body smoothly, the uterus needs to strengthen its contraction to help drain the menstrual blood. This type of dysmenorrhea usually occurs on the first or second day of menstruation, and disappears as the menstrual blood is discharged. Reason 2: uterine malformation. If a woman's uterus develops abnormally, the uterine muscles will contract uncoordinatedly, which can cause dysmenorrhea symptoms. When the weak endometrium is shed in one piece, it is not easy to be discharged from the body, and the uterus then experiences spasmodic dysmenorrhea, which is called "membranous dysmenorrhea". Reason three: mental stress. Factors such as excessive mental stress, physical and mental overwork, cold body (especially cold uterus), sensory processes, and bad living habits can all lead to dysmenorrhea in women. Therefore, women should pay attention to relaxing their mental emotions in time, reduce the chances of anxiety, tension, and irritability, and keep their bodies warm. Reason 4: Shedding of endometrial casts. The endometrium is divided into three layers: basal layer, dense layer, and spongy layer, which constitute the inner wall of the uterus. The shedding of endometrial tubulars can cause dysmenorrhea. Reason 5: Uterine curvature. Abnormal uterine curvature can cause dysmenorrhea, so women should pay special attention. Reason six: cervical stenosis. Congenital cervical stenosis is one of the causes of dysmenorrhea, which is mostly caused by improper treatment of trauma. Reason seven: bad posture. Sitting for long periods of time and improper posture can cause dysmenorrhea. Women should pay attention to their sitting posture during menstruation. Reason eight: physical weakness. Women who suffer from anemia, malnutrition, weight loss, loss of appetite, and illness will become physically weak, and physical weakness can easily lead to menstrual disorders and dysmenorrhea. Reason nine: mental factors. Women who are depressed due to work pressure or setbacks may suffer from dysmenorrhea. |
