Pregnant women are very sensitive to smells, and citronella oil is somewhat irritating, which may cause discomfort during pregnancy. 4. Although citronella oil is non-toxic , it will not cause harm to the human body. However, expectant mothers should still be careful and it is best to consult a doctor or other relevant personnel before using it.
