A graph showing the body temperature changes in a woman's body temperature over a day. How does a graph showing the body temperature changes over a day look like?

There are differences in body temperature at every part of the body, in the morning, noon and evening of the day, and in men and women. The normal body temperature of the human body has a relatively stable range, but it is not stable and will not change. The normal oral temperature (also known as oral temperature) is 36.3℃~37.2℃, the axillary temperature is 0.3℃~0.6℃ lower than the oral temperature, and the rectal temperature (also known as anal temperature) is 0.3℃~0.5℃ higher than the oral temperature. During the day, the human body temperature is lowest between 2 and 5 in the morning and highest between 5 and 7 in the afternoon, but the temperature difference within a day should be less than 1°C. In addition, women's body temperature is generally about 0.3℃ higher than men's. Women's body temperature also changes slightly during their menstrual period.

How does human body temperature change throughout the day?

At night, people fall asleep (least often), their activity level drops, and their body temperature is the lowest (below 37°C). It is easy to catch a cold, so they need to cover themselves with a quilt to keep warm. The bronchi contract and coughing occurs. The seriously ill patient died suddenly. However, patients with inflammation and suppuration have the worst fever at night.

When you get up in the morning (getting warmer), you will go from a warm blanket to a lower temperature in the morning, and you will shiver or shudder, which will stretch your whole body and cause fever.

In the afternoon (the biggest) after meal, the human body temperature is the highest, and of course the body adjusts, wanting to sleep and not move to prevent the body temperature from rising again. However, patients with pneumonia and constipation poisoning have the worst fever in the afternoon.

At three or four o'clock (gradually decreasing), energy is depleted, blood sugar is low, and you need to drink afternoon tea and eat biscuits to replenish it. But patients with tuberculosis may experience afternoon hot flashes. Patients infected with the virus gradually develop high fever.

At night (lower), when the sun sets, the indoor temperature drops and you need to put on more clothes.

The changes in a person's body temperature are different, but it is also related to the region and has a lot to do with the external environment. Most people are prone to catching cold after falling asleep and coughing at night. Because of this, doctors can identify the cause and grasp the changes in body temperature throughout the day. Friends should pay more attention to when to keep warm.
