What are the common symptoms of gynecological diseases

1. Vaginitis:

Increased vaginal discharge and vulvar itching, or burning, pain, or vaginal pain. The discharge is typically thin, purulent, yellow-green, frothy, and has a foul odor. If combined with urinary tract infection, there may be frequent urination, painful urination, and sometimes hematuria.

2. Vulvitis:

It is characterized by itching, burning and pain in the vulva skin, which is aggravated by activity, sexual intercourse and urination. In the acute phase, there is redness, swelling, congestion, and scratches. Chronic inflammation, pain, itching, cracking and lichenification of the vulva.

3. Pelvic inflammatory disease:

Divided into acute and chronic. The acute disease has an acute onset and develops rapidly, with symptoms such as high fever, abdominal pain and distension, accompanied by nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, chills, headache, etc. Chronic symptoms include general fatigue and lack of energy, which are especially severe during menstruation and after intercourse.

4. Cervicitis:

The main symptoms are increased vaginal discharge, which is mucopurulent. The stimulation of vaginal discharge can cause itching and burning sensation of the vulva. Symptoms such as intermenstrual bleeding and post-menstrual bleeding may also occur. In addition, there are often lower urinary tract symptoms, such as urgency, frequency, and pain when urinating.

5. Salpingitis:

Dull pain in the lower abdomen, a feeling of sinking, abnormal menstruation, dysmenorrhea, increased leucorrhea. Some patients may not have any conscious symptoms except infertility.

6. Bartholinitis:

More common in women of childbearing age. This is because the Bartholin's glands are infected by bacteria such as Staphylococcus, Streptococcus, and Escherichia coli, which often causes acute inflammation.
