How to take dydrogesterone tablets?

Dydrogesterone tablets are a drug used to treat hormonal imbalance in women. They have a certain therapeutic effect on frequent dysmenorrhea or endometriosis. If secondary amenorrhea or irregular menstrual cycles occur, such drugs can be used for treatment. 1. Dysmenorrhea

From the 5th to the 25th day of the menstrual cycle, take 1 tablet of dydrogesterone (10 mg as dydrogesterone) orally twice a day.

2. Endometriosis

From the 5th to the 25th day of the menstrual cycle, take dydrogesterone orally 2-3 times a day, 1 tablet of dydrogesterone (10 mg as dydrogesterone) each time.

3. Functional bleeding

Take 1 tablet of dydrogesterone (10 mg as dydrogesterone) orally twice a day for 5-7 days.

4. Dosage for preventing bleeding

From the 11th to the 25th day of the menstrual cycle, take 1 tablet of dydrogesterone (10 mg as dydrogesterone) orally twice a day.

5. Amenorrhea

Take estradiol once daily from days 1 to 25 of the menstrual cycle. From the 11th to the 25th day of the menstrual cycle, use dydrogesterone in combination, 2 times a day, 1 tablet each time (calculated as dydrogesterone 10 mg).

6. Premenstrual syndrome

From the 11th to the 25th day of the menstrual cycle, take dydrogesterone orally twice a day, 1 tablet each time (10 mg as dydrogesterone).

7. Irregular menstruation

From the 11th to the 25th day of the menstrual cycle, take dydrogesterone orally twice a day, 1 tablet each time (10 mg as dydrogesterone).

8. Threatened abortion

The initial dose is 4 tablets of dydrogesterone (40 mg as dydrogesterone) taken orally once, followed by 1 tablet of dydrogesterone (10 mg as dydrogesterone) every 8 hours until symptoms disappear.
