What types of vulvar bacterial inflammation are usually associated with?

Bacterial diseases usually occur in the most vulnerable part of the body. Inflammation and diseases in women will appear in the vagina. There are active ingredients and bacteria in the vulva. When inflammation occurs, it affects the normal ecological balance of bacteria and will be accompanied by vulvar bacterial inflammatory diseases. It is usually caused by vulvar injuries, genital warts, vulvar tumors, etc., and bacterial symptoms caused by decreased vulvar immunity.

1. Vulvar injury:

Vulvar injury is one of the common symptoms in women. The majority of the causes are straddle-type falls, such as unexpected sudden braking when riding a men's bicycle, or a violent collision with the genitals when getting on or off the bicycle, violent blows to the vulva, etc. In this case, there is severe contusion of the vulva, which may be painful, and subcutaneous bruising or hematoma can be seen.

2. Genital warts:

Genital warts are a sexually transmitted disease that is generally associated with unclean sexual intercourse. When the disease occurs, the vulva will itch and secretions will increase. In the early stage, the skin and mucous membranes of the vulva are rough and uneven, and then small nodules or lumps can be felt. They look like burrs, or gray-white swellings of varying sizes, like cauliflower or cockscomb, which are mostly distributed on the inner side of the labia minora, the interlabial groove between the labia majora and minora, the perineum and anus.

3. Pseudo-condyloma:

Pseudocondyloma acuminatum is not a sexually transmitted disease. On the inside of the labia, you can see light red rashes the size of millet grains, which are symmetrical and evenly distributed on both sides.

4. Vulvar tumors:

Benign tumors of the female vulva, such as papilloma and fibroma, are not common. They are single tumors that grow on the outside of the labia majora. A common malignant tumor is "vulvar squamous cell carcinoma". Nodules or swellings can be felt in the vulva, often accompanied by pain or itching. Some patients also develop ulcers in the vulva that do not heal for a long time.

5. White lesions of the vulva:

White lesions of the vulva, also known as "chronic vulvar dystrophy". There is a kind of white lesion of the vulva, which usually occurs in women between 30 and 60 years old. The main symptom is unbearable itching of the vulva, accompanied by local pain after scratching. The vulva skin is thickened and is mostly dark red or pink in color, with clearly defined white patches. If you find leukoplakia on the vulva, you should go for a detailed examination and treatment.
