The week before menstruation, weight loss is often not effective because people tend to be particularly greedy during this period. This is a stagnation period in weight loss, but don't be discouraged. As long as you persist in weight loss activities, especially during menstruation, scientific weight loss can often achieve good weight loss effects. You can do moderate exercise and pay attention to diet.

The time starts from the first day after the menstruation is over, and the next seven days are a cycle.

You must wait until your menstruation is over before starting, otherwise it will affect your health.

In addition, this method can only be used for one week each month. Do not extend the weight loss time, otherwise it will affect the normal time of the next menstrual cycle.

After resuming your diet, eat some cucumbers before meals to reduce fat conversion and increase satiety. Continue to try to eat before 6pm.
