Treatment method for breast hyperplasia: hot compress is effective!

After a woman suffers from breast hyperplasia, she will experience symptoms of breast swelling and pain, which will cause great distress to her life and work. In addition, breast hyperplasia can easily induce some more serious diseases. At this time, it should not be taken lightly. In addition to good treatment, hot compresses can be used to relieve the symptoms. Of course, hot compresses are only an auxiliary method to relieve the symptoms of swelling and pain. Formal diagnosis and treatment are also required.

Try hot compress: Hot compress is a traditional Chinese medical treatment that can relieve breast pain by using a hot compress bag or taking a hot bath. If you use alternating cold and hot compresses, the effect of eliminating breast discomfort will be better. If conditions permit, you can also apply castor oil to your chest. Castor oil contains a substance that can enhance the function of lymphocytes.

This type of lymphocyte can accelerate recovery from various infections and eliminate pain. The method is: drop castor oil on cotton cloth folded into four layers, let it be soaked with castor oil, but not too wet to avoid dripping everywhere. Apply the cloth to your breasts, cover with a layer of plastic wrap, and then place a hot compress bag on top. Adjust the heat pack to a temperature you can tolerate and leave it on for an hour.

Massage your breasts frequently: Gently massaging your breasts can return excess body fluids to the lymphatic system. When massaging, first apply soapy liquid on the breast, and rotate your fingers along the surface of the breast to draw a circle about the size of a coin. Then use your hands to press the breasts in and bounce them up, which is very helpful in preventing breast discomfort.

Patients with breast hyperplasia can prepare a basin of hot water, then soak a towel in it, wring it half dry, about 45 degrees, then fold the long towel in half and apply it around the breast, keeping the warm compress for about 15 minutes. After the breast is hot, you can use both hands to massage the breast properly until the breast is slightly warm. This can be done twice a day to relieve breast pain.
