1. Irritation of vaginal secretions: Due to increased vaginal secretions or stimulation by menstrual blood or menstrual pads, especially in cases of cervicitis and various vaginitis, the secretions increase and flow to the vulva, which can cause vulvitis of varying degrees and cause itching, redness and swelling of the vulva.

2. Other stimuli, such as direct stimulation from sugary urine of diabetic patients. Patients with frequent urination are soaked in urine for a long time. Patients with fecal fistula are irritated by feces when they have diarrhea and loose stools. Intestinal pinworms.

3. Mixed infection: Due to multiple stimulations, mixed infection often occurs, and the pathogenic bacteria are often Staphylococcus, Streptococcus, and Escherichia coli.
