This is caused by spasmodic contraction of the fallopian tube and can be relieved on its own after a while; severe lower abdominal pain, like tearing, accompanied by a feeling of defecation, is caused by rupture and bleeding of fallopian tube pregnancy.

5. Syncope: Patients with early ectopic pregnancy may suddenly faint due to excessive intra-abdominal bleeding, reduced blood supply to the brain, and cerebral anemia, and may experience dizziness and blurred vision after waking up.
