Things to know about early pregnancy protection

Pregnancy preservation is a very important thing for women during pregnancy. Many people do not pay much attention to it in the early stages of pregnancy. In fact, there are many things to pay attention to in early pregnancy. In this case, you must do a good job of protecting the fetus. For the normal development of the fetus, pregnant women should pay attention to their body changes.

1. General treatment

Rest in bed, abstain from sexual intercourse, and reduce unnecessary vaginal examinations.

2. Psychotherapy

Give spiritual encouragement to patients to stabilize their emotions and enhance their confidence.

3. Drugs to preserve pregnancy

Appropriate oral sedatives, such as luminal and chlordiazepoxide. For those with abdominal pain and heaviness, give 4.8 mg of salbutamol 3 times a day. For those with luteal insufficiency, inject 20 mg of progesterone daily. Secondly, vitamin E and thyroxine powder (suitable for those with hypothyroidism) can be used as a supplement. At the same time, you can also make use of the successful experience of traditional Chinese medicine and use traditional Chinese medicine to protect the fetus.

4. Pregnancy Protection Period

In principle, the pregnancy preservation period is 2 weeks. If the symptoms do not improve after 2 weeks, it indicates that the embryo may have developmental abnormalities. B-ultrasound examination and β-HCG measurement are needed to determine the condition of the embryo and give appropriate treatment. The pregnancy should be terminated if necessary.

5. Get enough sleep

In order to create a good environment for the fetus, it is important to ensure adequate sleep. Pregnant women should sleep longer than normal people, at least 8 to 9 hours a night. It is also best to ensure 1 to 2 hours of sleep at noon every day, but not too long. It is also very beneficial for pregnant mothers to sleep soundly, because the pituitary gland in the brain will secrete growth hormone during sleep, which is an indispensable substance for fetal growth.

6. Pregnant women should sleep in the correct position

The sleeping position of pregnant women has a great impact on the development of the fetus. If the sleeping position is correct, the baby can develop healthily; if the sleeping position is incorrect, it can easily lead to the risk of miscarriage. Some pregnant mothers have some unhealthy sleeping habits, such as lying on their stomachs or hugging something to sleep, which can easily put pressure on the abdomen and cause fetal malformations, and in more serious cases may lead to miscarriage. Therefore, sisters, it is best for you to develop good sleeping habits from the time you are preparing for pregnancy, and make the healthiest sleeping position a habit.
