What are the symptoms of hydrosalpinx?

Generally speaking, the fallopian tube is the most important organ for female reproduction. However, it is often easy to develop lesions. There are two reasons for hydrosalpinx. One is due to inflammatory stimulation. The second is the formation of abscesses due to fallopian tube lesions. So what are the symptoms!

①. Increased vaginal discharge: Many patients with hydrosalpinx show increased vaginal discharge, watery leucorrhea, etc. This is because when hydrosalpinx occurs, the lumens of the dilated and undilated parts of the fallopian tube are still connected, so patients often have intermittent vaginal discharge. Patients should pay attention to it.

②. Lumbar pain: Due to the stimulation of inflammation, patients will experience lumbar pain. But the degree varies, some are serious and some are mild. The more serious the disease, the more obvious the pain will be.

③. Abdominal pain: frequent abdominal pain. In severe cases, there is severe pain in the lower abdomen, pain on one or both sides of the lower abdomen. This is more obvious in patients with severe fallopian tube obstruction. However, some patients do not have obvious symptoms. This is because patients often have a history of abdominal pain during the acute phase of fallopian tube inflammation. Generally, after the fallopian tube pus turns into serous, that is, fallopian tube hydrops or the water is absorbed by the body, the inflammation is often cured long ago. Therefore, patients with fallopian tube hydrops usually do not have abdominal pain symptoms.

④. Severe patients have fever: If the hydrosalpinx is serious and forms an abscess, the patient will have a low-grade fever due to the stimulation of inflammation. Low fever should be taken seriously by patients, as patients often delay the treatment of hydrosalpinx due to lack of attention.

Most patients with fallopian tube obstruction have symptoms of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease, such as pain on one or both sides of the lower abdomen, prolapse, excessive secretions, and low back pain. Some patients may have no obvious clinical symptoms, and the disease is often discovered only when they go to the hospital for examination due to infertility for many years after marriage. Whether the fallopian tubes are blocked can only be confirmed through iodized oil fallopian tube contrast examination. Ovulation has nothing to do with the fallopian tubes, but conception is impossible if the fallopian tubes are blocked.
