What to do if polycystic ovary has high testosterone? Combining treatment and prevention is effective

There is still no clear cause of polycystic ovary disease, but this disease often occurs in obese women. High testosterone is one of the manifestations, which affects normal conception. If you want to recover as soon as possible, the best way is to combine treatment and prevention.

1. Treatment

High testosterone levels are mainly common in patients with polycystic ovary, who will experience ovulation and endocrine abnormalities. So it may still affect pregnancy.

High testosterone is mainly treated with Diane 35. Drug treatment can counteract the effects of androgens and promote ovulation of follicles. It is usually taken for about 3-6 months. The medication needs to start on the day of menstruation and be taken for 21 consecutive days, and then stop. Six hormone tests are required regularly during the treatment. If the six hormone tests return to normal, the medication can be stopped. If the medication effect is not good and the androgen reduction is not obvious, laparoscopic surgical treatment should be considered. Under laparoscopy, the follicles are punctured to reduce the androgen level, thereby achieving the treatment goal.

2. Prevention

To prevent this disease, you must first pay attention to your diet structure. The more fat accumulated in your body, the greater the risk factor. A low-fat, low-sugar, low-calorie diet, an optimized dietary structure, and balanced nutrition are beneficial to health. We also need to improve the exercise index. Appropriate exercise can promote blood circulation in the human body, improve the body's immunity, and benefit endocrine coordination. The latest research shows that women who lack exercise for a long time have a significantly increased risk of endocrine disorders. And you should suppress your negative emotions such as depression, anger, and fear, because these directly affect women's physical health. Negative emotions will stimulate fragile nerves, destroy endocrine regulation, and reduce the body's immunity, so you must have a good mood.
