How to determine ectopic pregnancy? Five symptoms can prove

Some female friends decisively say that they are pregnant after using early pregnancy test strips to test for pregnancy. However, ectopic pregnancy is also a manifestation of pregnancy, and menstruation will also occur, but the patient will experience symptoms such as ectopic pregnancy, abdominal pain, irregular vaginal bleeding, syncope and shock.

1. Ectopic pregnancy : The onset is acute, the condition is severe, and improper treatment may be life-threatening. Therefore, women of childbearing age should pay attention to distinguish the following situations:

2. Amenorrhea : Most patients have a short history of amenorrhea before the onset of the disease, which lasts for about 6 weeks. However, some patients may mistake pathological bleeding for menstruation because the human chorionic gonadotropin produced by the chorionic tissue is insufficient to maintain the endometrium, or because the disease occurs at an early stage, and they may think that they have no history of amenorrhea.

3. Abdominal pain : It is the main symptom of tubal pregnancy disruption, with an incidence of 95%. It is often sudden, tearing or paroxysmal pain on one side of the lower abdomen, accompanied by nausea and vomiting. Stimulating the diaphragm can cause radiating pain in the shoulder blades. When fluid accumulates in the pelvic cavity, there is a feeling of heaviness and defecation in the anus. It is very helpful in diagnosing ectopic pregnancy.

4. Irregular vaginal bleeding: mostly spotting, dark brown, small amount, not exceeding menstrual volume. Vaginal bleeding is caused by endometrial ablation or fallopian tube bleeding discharged through the uterine cavity. Abdominal pain accompanied by vaginal bleeding is often a sign of fetal damage. If there is only abdominal pain but no vaginal bleeding, it is usually due to continued fetal survival or abdominal pregnancy, so you should be vigilant.

5. Syncope and shock: caused by acute intra-abdominal bleeding and severe pain. The more and faster the bleeding, the quicker and more severe the symptoms will appear. It can cause dizziness, pale complexion, thin pulse, low blood pressure, and cold sweats, leading to crises such as syncope and shock.
