1. Chicken feet, chestnut and lily soup

Ingredients: 10 fresh chicken feet, 1 pig's trotter, 50g (1 liang) lily, 250g (half a jin) fresh chestnut meat, 50g (1 liang) Xiang lotus seeds

practice:

1. Peel off the yellow skin attached to the chicken feet, cut off the toe bones, wash, cut into two parts, put into boiling water and cook for 5 minutes, take out and rinse in cold water.

2. Burn off the remaining hair on the pig's hands, wash and scrape them clean, cut them into pieces, put them into boiling water and cook for 5 minutes, then take them out and rinse them in cold water.

Ingredients: 200g lean pork, a piece of sugar, 50g Sophora flavescens, 40g Artemisia capillaris, 15g Kochia scoparia, 20g Rehmannia root

1. Wash the lean meat;
