1. Participate in activities

Some people suffering from depression are unwilling to move and always like to stay alone. 4. Normal Activities

Some patients could have gone to work, but they didn't go to work or do housework because they were sick. This is very negative, and the more they think like this, the more useless they will feel. In fact, patients are capable of assisting their families in completing some simple housework, such as simply hanging clothes to dry. When you have completed it, you will feel that you are still useful and capable of completing it.
