This type of people has what we often call a damp-heat constitution. There are dietary taboos in the conditioning of damp-heat constitution, so how should people with damp-heat constitution eat?

1. Eat less

Drink less herbal tea. Don't think that you have too much dampness in your body. Herbal tea has the effect of clearing away heat and removing dampness. If you drink it all summer long and remove dampness excessively, it is possible that your constitution will be transformed into yin deficiency. Drinking more mung bean soup is beneficial for detoxification and swelling reduction. However, the cooking time should not be too long to avoid the destruction of organic acids and vitamins and reduce the effect.

3. Water celery: It has the effect of clearing heat and promoting diuresis, and is suitable for symptoms such as painful urination and bloody urine.
