Recipe 1: Black Fungus and Red Dates Soup

Ingredients: 10g black fungus, 10g red dates, some sugar

Method: 1. Soak the black fungus in water until soft and remove the pits of the red dates.

2. Add appropriate amount of water to the pot, cook the black fungus and red dates, then add white sugar. It is recommended to drink it from one week before menstruation to the end of menstruation.

Recipe 2: Lamb chops and carrot soup

Ingredients: lamb chops, white radish, salt, MSG, ginger, cinnamon, pepper, cardamom, cumin

Method: 1. Wash the lamb chops and drain the blood, flatten the ginger, wash the pepper, star anise, cumin, cardamom and cinnamon, put them into the seasoning bag and seal.

2. Pour a large amount of cold water into the pot, put the lamb chops and seasoning packet in, bring to a boil over high heat, and use a spoon to drain off the blood foam.

3. After removing the blood foam, cook over medium heat for 1 hour. Then add the white radish and cook for 10 minutes. Season with salt and MSG.

Recipe 3: Winter Melon and Shrimp Soup

Ingredients: winter melon, shrimp, ginger slices, salt, MSG

Method: 1. Remove the shrimp thread and shrimp head from the shrimps, then wash them. Peel the winter melon and cut it into small rectangular pieces.

2. Heat the water in the pot and add shredded ginger, winter melon and shrimp.

3. Bring the water to a boil over high heat, then reduce the heat and cook the winter melon until it is soft. Add appropriate amount of salt and MSG and serve.

Recipe 4: Purple Ganoderma Chicken Soup

Ingredients: 1 prairie chicken, 30g purple ganoderma, day lily, enoki mushroom, wolfberry, scallion, ginger, cinnamon, aniseed, grass fruit, cooking wine, salt, chopped coriander, etc.

Method: 1. Set aside purple Ganoderma lucidum and Flammulina velutipes, and soak the day lily in clean water.

2. Chop the prairie chicken into pieces and clean it. Put it into a pot with cold water. Bring it to a boil over high heat, skim off the foam, remove the chicken pieces and put them into the electric stew pot.

3. Add onion segments, ginger slices, cinnamon, aniseed, cardamom, cooking wine and other seasonings, then add appropriate amount of clear soup and simmer.

4. After 2 hours, add the day lily, enoki mushrooms, and purple ganoderma and continue to cook. Add wolfberry 15 minutes before serving. Finally, add salt and sprinkle with chopped coriander before serving.
