Zhongwan Point

Zhongwan point is located on the Ren meridian in the midline of the body, 4 inches above the navel. This acupoint is the stomach's gathering point, specifically used to treat stomach cold, stomach pain, vomiting and diarrhea. Use your index finger and middle finger together to press this acupoint for 1 minute, and you will feel a warm sensation at the Zhongwan point. Regular acupressure can not only cure stomach pain, but also relieve tension and anxiety.

Four gates

Simen acupoints are the last two acupoints of the Liver Meridian, Zhangmen and Qimen. There are four acupoints in total, so it is called "Simen acupoints". These four acupoints are all located on the ribs below the breasts. You can open up the liver and gallbladder meridians by massaging your ribs with the heels of your hands until they feel warm.

Heart

The pit of the stomach is the area above the Zhongwan point and below the sternum. Although this place is called the heart pit, it is actually where the stomach is located. Cross your hands and rub here with the heels of your palms, rubbing for more than 36 circles in clockwise and counterclockwise directions. This not only maintains the stomach qi, but also relieves stress and makes you feel happy.

Regular practice of these three techniques can effectively relieve stomach pain, eliminate stomach cold, and nourish stomach qi. If you can’t help drinking very cold drinks and feel uncomfortable, or if you have a cold stomach or stomach pain, remember to try this method. Daily practice can be regarded as maintenance. If you do it frequently, problems like spleen and stomach disharmony, loss of appetite, indigestion, bloating and gas stagnation, fear of cold food, and even various stomach problems can be alleviated.

The spleen and stomach are the foundation of your acquired constitution and cannot be damaged in any way, so you must know how to use them correctly. Many organ problems or premature aging occur because we do not use them in the correct way. Each organ has its own range of capabilities. If it exceeds this range, it will malfunction.
