How to treat hemorrhoids in women? Complete list of hemorrhoid treatment methods

As the saying goes: Nine out of ten people have hemorrhoids. Hemorrhoids must be a problem that bothers many people, especially some unhealthy living habits, such as frequently eating spicy and greasy food, playing with mobile phones in the toilet, etc., which aggravate the problem of hemorrhoids. So how should women with hemorrhoids be treated?

1. Cryotherapy

1: This therapy has a good analgesic effect. After freezing, local capillaries will form thrombi, small blood vessels will necrotize, blood flow will stagnate, and it has a good hemostatic effect. At the same time, it is easy to operate, does not require anesthesia, and has little local and systemic reactions after surgery. However, the recurrence rate after treatment with this method is relatively high. There are also complications such as edema, excessive secretions, urinary retention, etc., which can easily cause anal fissures, anal stenosis, etc.

2. Vasectomy

Ligation therapy is currently a commonly used method for the clinical treatment of internal hemorrhoids. It has the advantages of good efficacy, little pain, simple method, and basically no sequelae. Its mechanism is to induce ischemia and necrosis of internal hemorrhoids through ligation, and achieve healing through wound tissue repair. It is divided into silk thread ligation, vascular clamp ligation, ligation injection therapy ligator and negative pressure suction ligation.

Three: Conservative treatment

1: Conservative treatment is the method of using various drugs to treat various hemorrhoids. There are many medical methods for treating hemorrhoids, including internal and external medications, but external medications are the main ones, including various hemorrhoid ointments and hemorrhoid suppositories.

2: For early internal hemorrhoids, conservative treatment can achieve good results as long as the medication method is used properly; for mixed hemorrhoids, long-term conservative treatment is ineffective, and surgical treatment should be used for those whose condition gradually worsens. Those who have a large amount of blood in their stools should consider surgical treatment as soon as possible; patients with thrombosed external hemorrhoids should be treated surgically.

4. Laser therapy

This treatment method uses a strong electromagnetic field generated by high power density to ionize tissues, produce free radicals, and destroy the binding force of cells. When the laser beam is absorbed by living tissue after being condensed, it can coagulate, burn, carbonize or vaporize the tissue in a short period of time, thereby achieving the purpose of cutting tissue and coagulating blood vessels. The most common complication after surgery is massive bleeding, as well as anal skin defects, anal stenosis, persistent anorectal pain, anal fissures and non-healing of wounds.

5. Eat a healthy diet

Patients with hemorrhoids should eat less or try not to eat spicy foods, such as mustard, chili peppers, hot sauce, ginger, onions, garlic, fennel, etc. Eat more vegetables and fruits, drink more boiled water or beverages with laxative effects. If you have dry and difficult stools, you can soak senna leaves in water and drink them instead of tea. After hemorrhoid surgery, patients should have a light diet, eat less greasy or smoked food, not smoke or drink alcohol. No matter it is rice wine, white wine or beer, they are all taboo. It is best to eat at regular times and in regular amounts, and eat until you are 80% full. Avoid overeating or eating at irregular intervals to prevent gastrointestinal dysfunction.

6. Keep bowel movements smooth and prevent constipation

Constipation or diarrhea. The time spent on defecation should not be too long, and the bad habit of reading books or newspapers while defecation should be changed. Clean the anus with warm salt water after defecation to improve local blood circulation. In addition, to prevent hemorrhoids, it is recommended to sit on the toilet, because the squatting posture for defecation can easily induce hemorrhoids and even rectal prolapse.
