Women with this "taste" are destined to die early

Everyone has their own eating habits and preferred tastes. What diseases are more likely to occur to those who have long loved heavy flavors?

What are the dangers of eating too much salty food?

1. Freckles are easy to appear

When the human body consumes too much salt, it will cause pigmentation on the face, making the complexion dark and yellow, and also cause freckles. If you consume too much animal fat and protein at the same time, it will affect the normal metabolism of the liver, making freckles more obvious.

2. Sudden death during sleep

The problem of sudden death during sleep is common in Southeast Asian countries such as Thailand and the Philippines. Data shows that it has claimed the lives of more than 5,000 people in the past 16 years. Some experts therefore suspect that the problem of sudden death during sleep is most likely related to the salty eating habits in Southeast Asian countries.

3. Can cause cancer

Medical experts generally believe that eating too much salt can easily lead to diseases such as high blood pressure, myocardial infarction and cancer, which seriously endangers human health. Therefore, it is not advisable to consume more than 6 grams of salt per day, including that consumed from food and non-staple foods such as snacks.

4. Cause bone damage

If the food is too salty and the salt intake is too much, it will promote the loss and excretion of calcium and can also dissolve bone salt. As a result, people's bones become more vulnerable to osteoporosis and the risk of fractures increases.

5. Stomach disease

Experts have shown through experiments that the osmotic pressure of table salt is relatively high, and eating too much salt can cause damage to the gastric mucosa. Eating too much salt can also reduce stomach acid, leading to diseases such as gastritis and gastric ulcers. One thing people should pay special attention to is that high-salt and salted foods are rich in nitrates, which can be converted into nitrites in the stomach. If nitrite combines with amines in food, it becomes ammonium nitrite. When it comes to nitrosamines, anyone with some common sense will know that this is a substance with extremely strong carcinogenicity.
