1. Menstrual changes: The basic symptoms of fallopian tube inflammation are prolonged menstruation, excessive menstrual flow, shortened menstrual cycle or irregular bleeding. It often occurs in submucosal fibroids. If the amount of bleeding is excessive, secondary anemia may occur.

2. Pain: When the tumor is large and compresses the nerves or adhesions occur, it may cause lower abdominal pain or back pain. However, the symptoms of fallopian tube inflammation are usually painless, with only a feeling of heaviness in the lower abdomen and soreness in the waist and back.

5. Suppression symptoms: When the tumor compresses the bladder, frequent urination, difficulty urinating, urine retention, etc. may occur; when it compresses the rectum, constipation, etc. may occur.

4. Lower abdominal mass: When the tumor grows to the size of a fist, the lump can be felt in the lower abdomen (beside the pubic bone and above), which is hard and sometimes uneven.

3. Increased leucorrhea: When the fibroids are large, it causes excessive glandular secretion, leading to increased leucorrhea. When the submucosal fibroids are necrotic and inflamed, the leucorrhea is discharged as a pus-like liquid with a large amount, and sometimes pus-like and bloody leucorrhea appears.

Many gynecological diseases can cause dysmenorrhea. Therefore, we must seek timely treatment after discovering that we have a gynecological disease. However, we cannot blindly treat it. We need to choose the appropriate treatment method based on our own physical condition. We also need to develop good hygiene habits in our daily lives to reduce the occurrence of gynecological diseases.
