2. Our breasts are glandular organs suspended on the pectoralis major muscle, without the support of bones and muscles. If you don’t wear a bra during exercise, the vibration of your chest can easily cause your breasts to sag, affecting your appearance and movement. Prolonged and strenuous exercise without support and protection of the chest can also cause pectoralis major muscle tears. In addition, if the body does not sweat well, it can also cause skin inflammation.

3. When buying sports bras, be sure to try them on yourself and then decide which one is right for you. After trying on the bra, stretch your arms up and turn your body left and right to feel the fixing and elastic effects of the sports bra. In addition, you should choose sports bras according to the type of exercise you often do: indoor or outdoor, heavy or light..., and decide the style and color accordingly. If you do a lot of indoor exercise, choose brighter colors such as white or light colors; if you do a lot of heavy exercise, it is more convenient and practical to choose more elastic ones.

4. The design of sports bras emphasizes sports functions, and there is no design on breast shaping, and it does not show the beautiful curves of women's breasts. Therefore, whether you wear sports bras as summer clothing outside or as bras and panties inside, it is not conducive to body shaping and is not conducive to coordination with outerwear.
