1. Frequent sweating and hot flashes when sleeping at night

2. Lying in bed with confused thoughts and difficulty falling asleep

3. Waking up too early and not being able to fall asleep again

a) Premature awakening is a very common symptom among menopausal women. Some women can fall asleep easily at the beginning of their sleep, but their sleep quality is very poor. They are easily awakened and cannot fall asleep again after being awakened.

In this situation, female friends had better not think too much, otherwise they will become more and more awake, which will make it more difficult to fall asleep, thus directly causing symptoms of menopausal insomnia.
