How to exercise for middle-aged women

Now we are paying more and more attention to our physical health, and many people are discussing issues related to physical exercise. Especially some middle-aged women, who have more free time, check Weibo and WeChat Moments every day and discuss their experiences in exercise with each other. In fact, this is a good phenomenon. Active exercise can improve physical fitness, enhance immunity, and prevent many diseases. Let’s take a look at how middle-aged women exercise.

Taking part in physical exercise is the most effective way to promote health and increase wisdom. However, in real life, it is a common phenomenon that middle-aged men do less physical exercise. Because many of them are backbones in work, life and science and technology, they have heavy work tasks and busy housework and do not have proper time. It is obviously inappropriate to think that they can exercise after retirement. In recent years, according to surveys conducted by some units in Beijing and Shanghai, the mortality rate of middle-aged people (including cadres and intellectuals) is higher than that of the elderly, and 87% of middle-aged people suffer from various chronic diseases. Therefore, middle-aged people should pay attention to their own health care and strive to improve their physical fitness.

Mental work can increase the connections between nerve cells, increase conditioned reflexes, and continuously strengthen them, thus making the reaction more sensitive. Physical labor can promote metabolism and absorb oxygen and nutrients. Eliminate waste and slow down aging. Menopausal women can choose some light physical labor and housework, such as growing flowers, cooking, sweeping the floor, washing clothes, etc., which will be good for the body. Among the elderly people over 80 years old, more than 80% are manual laborers, which shows the importance of labor to health. However, physical labor cannot replace physical exercise. This is because the former often only repeats one or several movements, which can only exercise some tissues, organs, muscles and nerves, while the latter can activate all parts of the body and achieve the effect of fitness.

Some people may think that they should make a reasonable exercise plan before exercising, but it should be noted that plans are dead but people are alive. Sometimes the intensity of the first exercise plan may be very high, which will make people feel particularly tired. At this time, the exercise plan should be adjusted appropriately according to their own feelings. Sometimes the exercise plan is not intense enough and fails to achieve the desired exercise effect. At this time, the intensity of the exercise should be increased appropriately.
