(2) Oral contraceptives are suitable for women with dysmenorrhea who require contraception, with an effectiveness rate of over 90%.

There are many reasons for dysmenorrhea. For female friends who often suffer from dysmenorrhea, they must pay attention during the menstrual period, especially not drinking raw water for a long time. Spicy and irritating foods should be avoided in the diet, and strenuous activities should be avoided during the menstrual period.
