Pictures of cervical erosion discharge

Cervical erosion is a gynecological disease that most married women have. Under normal circumstances, cervical erosion is divided into three types: mild, moderate and severe. The severity of cervical erosion can be determined from the state of secretions. So, what are the things that cervical erosion discharges?

What are the things that are discharged from cervical erosion?

Cervical erosion is a gynecological disease, and its best treatment method varies according to the degree of erosion. Cervical erosion can be mild, moderate, or severe. Women of childbearing age who suffer from mild cervical erosion and do not have any other symptoms do not need to be treated.

Patients with mild cervical erosion basically have no obvious active symptoms, and may only have excessive leucorrhea, which is often easily ignored. Cervical erosion in many patients is discovered during investigation or when they seek medical treatment for other gynecological diseases.

Mild and moderate cervical erosion are generally indistinguishable and are often combined. The most obvious symptoms of patients are excessive leucorrhea, slightly yellowish and sticky, or blood in the secretions. A very small number of patients may experience bleeding during sexual intercourse. If inflammation and infection occur concurrently, it may cause vulvar itching. Because the cervical lymph nodes are directly connected to the paracervical connective tissue, inflammation can spread through the blood circulation to the pelvis, causing pelvic connective tissue inflammation, lumbar pain, lower abdominal pain and other symptoms.

Abnormal leucorrhea is basically the most typical manifestation of late-stage cervical erosion. If the inflammation is not obvious, the discharge is mainly transparent mucus; if the cervical erosion is accompanied by obvious inflammation, the discharge is yellowish pus and viscous. If the erosion area is small or the lesions are shallow, the amount of secretions may be small; on the contrary, patients with large-scale, moderate to severe erosion have a large amount of secretions, and even non-menstrual bleeding in the vagina.

If the woman is of childbearing age, has mild cervical erosion and no other symptoms, no treatment is required. There are some physiological factors that cause erosion. If it is moderate to severe erosion, you must get a diagnosis in a reliable hospital. In addition to cervical cancer, you can do some physical therapy. Nowadays, microwave heating, laser, cryopreservation, and ablation surgery are more commonly used. These treatments are more effective. Generally, one treatment may be better, and at most two treatments.
