What to eat when pregnant women have internal heat

Pregnant women need to eat some heat-reducing foods after they are prone to getting inflamed. In fact, milk will not cause pregnant women to get angry easily. On the contrary, it has the effect of removing toxins. In addition, pregnant women should eat more bean foods. Bean food ingredients can reasonably supplement protein, and can also replenish yin and reduce fire. So what can pregnant women eat if they are prone to getting angry?

1. Milk: Some women may think that drinking milk in summer will aggravate the symptoms of getting angry and cause irritability. In fact, drinking milk in summer is not only not easy to get angry, but also can help pregnant women reduce fever and clear liver fire. In addition, milk is cold in nature, and can play a role in reducing fire by replenishing yin and removing fever and toxins. Up to 70% of milk is water, which can effectively help pregnant women replenish the water lost due to excessive sweating in summer. It should be noted that you should not freeze the milk into ice cubes for consumption, otherwise many nutrients in the milk will be destroyed.

2. Soybeans: In addition to replenishing yin and reducing heat, soybeans can also effectively replenish a lot of protein consumed due to high temperatures.

3. Stewed pear with Houttuynia cordata root: Wash the fresh pears, dry them in the sun, and cut them into small pieces with the skin. Discard the pear core and set aside. Pick out the impurities from the Houttuynia cordata roots, wash them, cut them into small pieces after drying them, put them into a stone pot, add appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil, then simmer on low heat for 30 minutes, filter with gauze and remove the residue. Put the filtered Houttuynia cordata root juice into the stone pot, add small pieces of pear, add appropriate amount of cold water and white sugar, and cook over low heat until the pear pieces are completely soft.

4. White Fungus and Bamboo Fungus Soup: Soak the white fungus in water for about 5-6 hours, pick it out, wash it, divide it into small pieces, remove the stems and set aside. Soak the bamboo fungus in water for 10-20 minutes, pick it out, cut it into 2cm small pieces, and blanch it in boiling water.
