Ingredients: 10 large shrimps, 100 grams of millet, appropriate amounts of salt, MSG, sesame oil, and chopped green onions.

Usage: Once daily.

Ingredients: 50 red beans, 64 black beans, 56 soybeans, 21 lotus seeds, 24 red dates, and 8 walnut kernels.

Preparation: Boil red beans, black beans and soybeans for 15 minutes, then add lotus seeds and walnuts. Boil for another 10 minutes and add red dates.

Usage: 3 times a day.

Effect: Strengthen kidney and spleen
