How to massage and maintain the uterus

The uterus is a very important organ in a girl's body. Gynecological diseases often affect the health of the uterus. Therefore, women must pay attention to the maintenance of the uterus. However, if you want to maintain a good uterus, simply adjusting your lifestyle is not enough. You should also massage the uterus more often to achieve better results. However, we must master the method. Let's learn how to massage and maintain the uterus.

How to massage and maintain the uterus

Lie down flat first and relax your body. Rub your hands together to warm them up, and place them on your lower abdomen (Put your hands together in the middle of your lower abdomen, press your abdomen tightly, and slowly massage your abdomen at a frequency of about 10 times per minute, until you feel a warm sensation in your lower abdomen. Do this for a total of 5 minutes.)

Next, rub the groins on both sides. Place your hands on the left and right sides of the groin and rub diagonally from top to bottom, towards the external genitalia. Use rubbing heat as the measure. The operation lasts for 5 minutes in total.

Finally, press the uterus point. The uterus point is located in the lower abdomen, in the middle of the horizontal palm below the navel (4 inches below the navel). This acupoint is located at a point four horizontal fingers away from the left and right (3 inches away from the midline). Massage method: Use the index and middle fingers of both hands to press the uterus points on both sides, apply a little pressure, and knead slowly until you feel soreness and swelling. Do it for 5 minutes. It is best when you feel heat in the abdominal cavity.

After completing a round of movements, you can gently massage your entire abdomen to have a soothing effect.

The qi of the three meridians of the human body, Ren, Du and Chong, all originate from the uterus (uterus and ovaries). Among them, the Ren meridian is responsible for the blood throughout the body, the Du meridian is responsible for the Qi throughout the body, and the Chong meridian is responsible for all the meridians. Every day from 5pm to 7pm, when the kidney meridian is in season, massaging the Sanyinjiao acupoint for about 15 minutes each can maintain the uterus and ovaries. Promote the smooth flow of the Ren, Du and Chong meridians. As long as a woman's qi and blood flow smoothly, her complexion will be rosy and white, she will sleep soundly, and her skin and muscles will not sag or loosen.

Massaging the uterus is not as effective as simply rubbing the belly. We must master the methods and ways. The above is an introduction to how to massage and maintain the uterus. I hope that women can persist in doing so for a long time, so that better results can be achieved. And if there is any abnormal leucorrhea, you should consult a doctor in time.
